Publication: The Unpublished Writings of Sidney Bechet

About ten years ago, I travelled to Paris to do some research related to the jazz musician Sidney Bechet at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France. While there I discovered two previously unknown pieces of writing by Bechet and also interviewed his son. My new article in the journal MELUS explores these exciting archival finds.
